Follow the traces of the inhabitants of Teurnia that used to be the vivid capital of the Roman province in the 5th and 6th century. Displaying marble sculptures, inscriptions, jewellery, and much more, the Roman Museum, located in proximity of the parish church, describes the society, everyday life, as well as the art of Romans and Celts. Main attractions are the early Christian bishop’s church and the mosaic floor full of symbols in the church outside the city wall.
